Hi all,

Attached is the updated calendar dates with changes made from the ACC meetings this past weekend.

The speed week is still not set, once that is set there could be some more changes to the calendar.  Once the speed week is set, we should be able to site the events and get the entire calendar out to everyone.

Thanks,
Darlene

Hi all,

On the '94 YOB side of things I missed Logan Duhnkrack from LRC.  Logan
did make the RMD J3 Team.  I have added him to the list.  My apologies
to Logan and LRC.

Hi Everyone,

I will be needing the Boards help for the upcoming FUNRACER event.

Registration: 3 people to register participants, accept payment;
cash, check and charge. Paula, you were great at this. Also is Ann
coming to the FUNRACER? Cassia is looking forward to seeing Ann there.

Goody Bag: 1 person to hand out goody bags
Timing:
Starter:
Finish ref:
Course workers/Gatekeepers:
Need helpers in setting up the course/netting and taking it down
Jeff Maddex: We need to have this set up as a NASTAR scoring
event...OK? How do we do this?
I am bringing up some of my employees and paying them to cook the
food, help set up the awards area, take pictures etc.
I am sure that there is additional help that I will need. Who wants
to sign up for???

Let me know

Kevin

Darlene,

Would it be possible to send another email out to all the clubs in Rocky/Central reminding them of housing for the J3 JOs?
Here is a message you can include, if you would like:
Housing space in Vail is VERY tight.  Book now for the best rate and selection!  Vail has been receiving record snowfall this winter and general tourism bookings are strong... which leaves last minute J3JO housing a virtual impossibility.  Snow Sport Vacations is holding space NOW for you, but has to release unsold space to the public shortly... Please confirm TODAY!

Please let me know if you need any more information.

 Thanks for your help!

Hi All,

There was a mistake on the orginal set of results I used to calculate the Jr Ski Cup Standings and the J2 National Selections.

I have attached both updated worksheets.  (both posted 1/18)

Let me know if you have any questions.

Darlene,

I hope things are well!  Even though we are still a few months out from the J3 Junior Olympics, we are already working on getting lodging deals together- and obviously the sooner athletes and their families can book the space, the better.

We have created a flyer with all of this information and were wondering if it would be possible for you to distribute to the clubs sometime soon?

Please let me know if this is possibility or if you have any questions.

Thanks for your help!
Jennifer
